Ordering a Custom Jon Wade Guitar
Below is the process for ordering, customizing, and building your new guitar. All orders require payment in full, which is non-refundable. Multiple payment options are available through our payment processor. You can choose what works best for you when choosing your custom guitar options.

How Long Does It Take to Get My Guitar
Once your payment has been processed and your order has been confirmed, your guitar will be added to the queue, and we will provide you with an estimated completion/ship date. Currently, most custom builds are running about 16 weeks. Please note that this date can change depending on the availability of material or customer requests. Final Setup and Shipment
When your guitar is finished, there will be extensive testing. This includes a professional setup, so your new guitar is ready to shred immediately! Your new custom guitar will be packed with care and shipped to you in a premium hardshell case.
